Electronic entry for the clubhouse operates from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily

MEMBERS & GYM GUEST RULES
1. Maximum number of guests is two (2) per household
2. Members must remain with their guests at all times
3. Members are fully responsible for their guests at all times
4. Members are fully responsible for their children in the clubhouse at all times
5. Members and guests who have not completed all health and liability forms (forms are located in the lounge) prior to gym use and submitted them to the administrative office are prohibited from using the gym

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER RULES
1. Fitness trainers may train Rio Vista residents ONLY
2. All fitness trainers must complete and submit to the administrative office the health forms located in the lounge prior to using the gym – Place fully completed forms under the administrative office door if the office is closed.
3. Fitness trainers should submit a copy of their liability insurance forms to the administrative office
4. Association members may not give their clubhouse access fobs to the personal trainer. The Association member hires the personal trainer and is fully responsible for the trainer while they are on Association premises. The personal trainer must arrive and leave with the Association member.

The Association assumes no responsibility for the personal trainer hired by a member.

PERSONAL GYM EQUIPMENT USE
As advised by the Associations insurance agent, privately owned gym equipment is not allowed in the clubhouse gym – Only use gym equipment provided

PROCEDURES

• Be sure to leave before 11 p.m. which is when the security system will arm.  ANYONE ON THE PREMISES AFTER THAT TIME WILL TRIGGER THE SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM WHICH NOTIFIES THE POLICE.  IF THIS OCCURS, THE MEMBER’S KEY WILL BE SUSPENDED AND A FINE MAY BE IMPOSED. Therefore, it is advisable to exit by 10:30 p.m. in order to prevent triggering the security alarm system.

• Always use your card to enter and to exit.  Use push bar for emergency use only.

• Use of the clubhouse and its facilities is at your own risk.

• Do not allow anyone else to enter or exit the clubhouse when you arrive.

• The lounge will have a sign-in sheet for your use.  Please sign in and enter the time of your arrival.

• Children under 16 years of age must be with an adult member.

• Turn off lights before leaving.

• Close all windows before leaving.

• Take all food & garbage out upon leaving & dispose properly to prevent infestations in the clubhouse.

• Be sure that the clubhouse is neat & orderly before leaving.

• Do not allow anyone else to enter or exit the clubhouse as you leave.

• Once outside, check that the door has closed firmly behind you.

• Members are fully responsible for their guests.  Guests must leave with their host when the host/member exits the clubhouse.

• One key fob is issued per household.  There will be a $25 charge for a replacement  REPORT LOST KEYS TO THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY.

• If you observe a security problem in the clubhouse, notify the police.  If the administrative office is closed, there will be a cordless phone located in a black box on the wall in the lounge.  It is for emergency and 911 use only and marked as such.

• DO NOT SHARE YOUR KEY WITH ANY OTHER HOUSEHOLDS! It is strictly for your immediate household family’s use
