Clubhouse

The RioVista Mahwah Homeowners Association (RVMHA) Chapel also serves as a multi-purpose meeting room and is available, with prior Board of Trustee approval, to RVMHA members, or persons they sponsor, for personal nonprofit social events and meetings. Neither the Clubhouse nor the Chapel are available to individual RVMHA members, or persons they sponsor, for commercial use as part of running a business. The Board of Trustees reserves the sole right to limit, control, determine and approve all use of the Clubhouse rooms or the Chapel by RVMHA members or individuals they sponsor.

The RVMHA Board of Trustees manages the Clubhouse and is responsible for all policies, rules and regulations governing the use of the Clubhouse upstairs multi-purpose room.

These regulations may be changed at any time, subject to legal limitations.
