Finance Committee

The Finance Committee, Chaired by Mark Arduino, is an advisory committee  helping to determine the budget and making sure the reserve accounts are fully funded. The Association’s accountant also contributes to the budget process, as do various other Association members with financial expertise.  The Board of Trustees takes all of these expert opinions into account and presents the final budget  to all homeowners for their vote at the Annual Meeting.

This committee meets once yearly and they are always looking for input from additional volunteers with financial experience.
