RVMHA Privacy Policy: The Rio Vista Mahwah Homeowners Association (RVMHA) will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless you have consented to such disclosure, subject to the following exceptions. Should you breach the terms and conditions of the RVMHA By-Laws or the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Rio Vista Mahwah, or should you fail to comply with any other legal obligation regarding your property and/or the Rio Vista community, we may disclose your information to a relevant authority. This may include providing information to the Mahwah Township Police Department and exchanging information with the Darlington Village Condominium Association and/or the Walsh Hall at Rio Vista Condominium Association, and their respective Boards of Trustees and/or their management company, for the purpose of fostering performance of their functions to best serve our community. All disclosure of personal information will be strictly controlled, and will be limited to the disclosure necessary for the purposes of same.
