Transfer of Title & Home Sales

It is important for the Association to have an orderly procedure for transfers of title to properties in Rio Vista Mahwah, and to maintain a current, up-to-date roster of Owners.

Therefore, each Owner shall give the Association Property Manager  timely notice of their intent to list their property for sale or to otherwise transfer ownership of their property.

Prior to closing of title, the Owner shall notify the Property Manager of the names and address of the purchasers, along with the name, business address and telephone number of the purchasers’ attorney.

No Owner may sell or otherwise transfer ownership of his property without first obtaining a Payout Letter from the Homeowners Association showing the amounts of any unpaid dues, assessments and other charges against the property.

In addition to contacting the RVMHA, Walsh Hall residents must contact Allure Properties Group and Darlington Village residents must contact Wilkin Management.
