• Each person over the age of 14 must show the lifeguard an RVMHA identification card.
  • Children under the age of 14 will not be allowed in the pool enclosure unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Each person must shower before entering the water. *
  • Conduct, which endangers the safety and comfort of others, shall be prohibited. *
  • Incontinent persons or children in diapers of any kind are not permitted in the pool.
  • All children in diapers must wear plastic pants with snug fitting elastic waist and leg bands.  Do not wash out soiled diapers in the bathing water. *
  • Children under 16 years of age using the spa must be closely supervised by an adult.
  • Children should be encouraged to use the restroom before entering the water.  Immediately report any “accidents” you observe in the bathing waters to a lifeguard. *
  • Diving and running are not permitted.
  • Any person showing evidence of any communicable skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharges or any communicable disease shall be denied admission to the pool. *
  • Any person with excessive sunburn, open blisters, cuts or bandages shall be denied admission to the pool. *
  • Do not enter the water if you are experiencing or recovering from diarrhea or have had any signs or symptoms of gastrointestinal (stomach) disease in the past seven days. *
  • Bathing shall be prohibited during electrical storms. The lifeguard will make this judgment. *
  • No animals with the exception of service animals shall be permitted in the pool, picnic areas or other parts of the enclosure. *
  • Only Type II or III or a Coast Guard approved floating aids or devises for children or adults are permitted. Guardian must physically be in water with children.
  • Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be prohibited from entering the water. *
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
  • No glass containers or drinking glasses are permitted in the pool or picnic areas. *
  • The use of any electrical appliances within the pool enclosure is strictly prohibited.
USE OF THE POOL AND FACILITIES WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF AN AUTHORIZED LIFEGUARD IS PROHIBITED
