ELECTRONIC ENTRY FOR CLUBHOUSE IS HERE!!! |
Obtain your electronic entry key for the clubhouse at the administrative office on Tuesday through Friday, noon to 2 p.m. If these hours are inconvenient, please call the office at 201-760-1258 for an appointment to pick up your key. There is a $10 charge for the key. Although hours of usage for the clubhouse will be 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, the last entry will be at 9:30 p.m. Therefore, in order to avoid triggering the security alarm system, it is strongly advised that members exit the clubhouse by 9:30 p.m. Additional information and guidelines for electronic entry usage will be available when you pick up your key. You can visit the members only restricted site of the web page for a preview of electronic entry guidelines. Enter that site through the Home page. |

CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUP |
A new playgroup has begun to meet at the clubhouse, thanks to Terri Arduino. Open to children up to about age three, a parent or care giver must attend with the child. The group meets on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon. If you are interested in joining the playgroup with your child or children, contact the administrative office at 201-760-1258. |

GARDEN CLUB

Do you love to garden? Perhaps you live
in a house and want to join others who love to dig, plant and create beautiful
garden spots. Or maybe you live in one of the condo apartments and are
a frustrated gardener. Everyone in Rio Vista Mahwah is invited to participate
in this activity!

TENNIS KEYS & PHOTO ID CARDS

Please pick up tennis keys & photo ID cards at the administrative office Tuesday through Friday between noon & 2 p.m. Additional hours available by appointment. (Photo ID cards will be needed during the swimming pool season) |

CLUBHOUSE RENTALS |
Planning a wedding or a graduation party? The beautiful upstairs party room in the clubhouse is available for rental for current members of the Association. (The downstairs clubhouse is no longer available for rental.) Nonmembers of the Association are eligible to rent providing that they are sponsored by a member. A sponsoring member should be aware that sponsorship involves various responsibilities. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that a member serve as a sponsor only for close friends & family. If you wish to rent the upstairs room, an application, along with the required deposit, should be submitted to the administrative office as soon as possible. It is the Board of Trustees who makes the final decision regarding the formal approval of rental applications. EYES & EARS NEEDED
|
Your eyes & ears are needed by the Association! If you see or hear anything which affects the common grounds, common facilities & amenities only, please notify the administrative office at 201-760-1258 as soon as possible. (Examples of the common areas are: the clubhouse, the tennis courts, the pool, etc.) The limited number of administrative staff appreciates your help & in return will be able to do its job more efficiently & effectively on your behalf. |

DIRECTORIES
|
All members of the Association receive Directories after they move into Rio Vista. Additions and other changes to the Directory are distributed with the Vista Views newsletters which are issued in January, May and September. Please contact the administrative office at 201-760-1258 if you did not receive a Directory. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE RIO VISTA MAHWAH DIRECTORY IS ONLY FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE RESIDENTS & IS NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY COMMERCIAL PURPOSE WHATSOEVER. |
